Account Deletion

Alternative request method

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing info@orcb.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

To help us identify your account, include the email address linked to your Orcb account and any other information needed to verify your ownership request.

What we delete

• Your Orcb account profile and authentication access.
• Your configured alarms and related account preferences stored on our servers.
• Your device registrations used for push notifications.
• Associated personal data that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records only where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement of our terms.

• Security and audit logs retained for up to 2 years.
• Subscription or transaction records where retention is required by tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Minimal evidence needed to document and process the deletion request itself.

Deletion timing

After a valid request is received, we begin the deletion workflow immediately. Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except for information that must be retained for the limited reasons described above.

Important subscription note

Deleting your Orcb account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To avoid future charges, cancel the subscription separately through your device's app store account settings.
